"Clear sound, but a bit harsh at times"
The sound is clear overall, and the bass is decent enough for everyday listening. But it does get a little harsh sometimes, and that harshness can be annoying. It’s not terrible, but I kept noticing it, especially at higher volume. The bass is fine, the clarity is fine, but that sharp sound really comes through now and then, and I wish it was smoother.

"Had everything I needed"
I was expecting to be missing at least one cable or some random little piece, but everything was in the box. The mounts, cables, and all the small parts were there, so I didn’t have to make an extra trip to the store. Definitely a nice surprise.

"Decent help, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to Rockville Audio about an issue with my order. They did get back to me and helped get it sorted out, but it took a little longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kinda average overall.

"Specs were actually accurate"
I ordered from rockvilleaudio.com and, shockingly, the specs were basically exactly what they said they’d be. Power rating, size, hookups, all of it matched the listing, so I was totally calm and not at all bracing for some random surprise when I set it up.
I had checked everything closely before buying, and what showed up was what I expected. Nothing dramatic to report, which is great. Just a decent experience where the product page was accurate, and I can peacefully move on with my life

I got these speakers in and had them set up with no real hassle. The wiring was easy enough to figure out, and everything fit like it was supposed to. Took me about an hour total, which is saying something because I’m definitely not the handiest person. overall, happy with it.

"Decent Sound, Build Could Be Better"
For the price, the sound is solid, so no complaints there. That said, the build quality feels average. A few parts come off a little cheap, and the knobs don’t feel as sturdy as I’d like. It’s working fine so far, but I’m not totally convinced it’ll hold up long-term with regular use

I had to return something to Rockville because I ordered the wrong item, definitely on me, not them. I figured the return process was going to be a pain, but it actually went smoothly. I filled out the return info, got clear instructions, and my refund showed up quicker than I expected. Support even replied to my email without making it a whole thing. Simple overall, and I appreciate when a company doesn’t make my mistake harder than it needs to be.

"Easy warranty help when my speaker crapped out"
My speaker started acting up after a few months, which was annoying because the damn thing had been working fine before that. I sent them the info they needed, and they got the warranty replacement moving way faster than I expected. No stupid runaround, no hassle, just actually helpful support. Really appreciate it.

My order from rockvilleaudio.com showed up on time, and most of everything was exactly what I picked. One small cable wasn’t the one I ordered, which was kind of annoying because you expect the little stuff to be checked too. I ended up using a cable I already had, so it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall, it was okay, but I do wish they had looked over the order a bit better before sending it out

Ive bought a few things from Rockville now and theyve all worked well. I feel like I can trust the brand at this point. Shipping wasnt anything amazing, but it was fine and got here without any issues.

I’ve had this for a few months now, and it’s still working just fine. I’ve moved it around quite a bit, so I wasn’t sure how well it would hold up, but it’s been tougher than I expected. For the price, I’m happy with it.

I ordered this from rockvilleaudio.com i was way more excited than I expected about how light it is. I can move it from the house to the garage, drag it along to little hangouts, whatever, and it doesn’t feel like I’m hauling a giant brick around. It’s not bulky at all, which was basically my dream because I hate fighting with heavy speakers. For how easy it is to carry, it still feels really solid. Huge win for me.

"Packed really well, no damage"
My order from rockvilleaudio.com arrived in really good shape. I might be overly picky about packaging, especially with audio gear, but the box had plenty of padding and nothing was sliding or bouncing around inside. The corners were protected well too, which is usually what I worry about most. Maybe I’m just paranoid about shipping damage, but it was nice to see they actually took the time to pack it safely.
